GC2 TRAINING:
Training is essential for both the disciple maker and the disciple to establish a clear understanding of how the discipleship process works and what is expected from each individual. For the disciple maker, training provides the tools to guide others effectively, ensuring that their teaching aligns with sound doctrine and biblical principles while fostering spiritual growth in a structured and professional manner. For the disciple, training offers a roadmap to maturity, helping them understand their role in the process, the importance of accountability, and how to apply spiritual truths in daily life. A well-defined training structure also minimizes misunderstandings, sets achievable goals, and promotes a sense of shared commitment, ensuring that both parties are equipped to navigate challenges and build a fruitful, Christ-centered relationship.
